What happens when you call
You will talk with a person, not a phone tree. Tell us what happened — a fall, a discharge date, a diagnosis, or just a gut feeling that Mom needs help. We will answer your questions plainly, including questions about cost; our rates are published, so there is no sales dance.
If it sounds like a fit, we schedule a free in-home assessment at your loved one's home, a hospital, or a facility. After that, we match a caregiver to your loved one's needs and routine — and if the match ever isn't right, you can request a change — and care can often start within 24 hours. There is no contract and no obligation at any point before care begins.
Calling for a parent who lives here while you live somewhere else? That is most of our calls. We are comfortable coordinating with out-of-state family by phone and email, and the in-home assessment can happen with you on speakerphone.
