We are a non-medical agency, licensed by the State of Texas for Personal Assistance Services (#020448). Our caregivers do not manage catheters or ostomies, treat wounds or skin breakdown, or diagnose the cause of incontinence — those tasks belong to a nurse or physician. Incontinence that starts suddenly can have a medical cause, so we will always encourage your family to talk with your parent's doctor. Our caregivers work alongside home health nurses every day, handling the daily care between their visits.

How do caregivers protect my mother's dignity?

Can my father request a male caregiver?

What does a typical hygiene visit include?
