Why families choose an independent, local agency

One flat hourly rate

Days, evenings and overnight hours are all billed at the same flat hourly rate.

No “levels of care” pricing

Your rate does not go up when your loved one’s needs increase. Ever.

Carefully matched caregivers

We match your loved one with a background-checked caregiver — and you can request a different match at any time.

Built around your routine

Care plans are built around your loved one’s routine — and couples receive a discount.

Honest pricing

One rate, and it stays put

Many agencies quote one rate on the phone and a different one on the invoice: a premium for overnight hours, a surcharge for weekends, a higher figure once care actually starts. Those add-ons land in exactly the months when a family is already stretched.

Days, evenings, weekends and overnight hours are all billed at the same flat hourly rate — the number we quote is the number you pay. And it does not go up because your loved one’s needs increased. Ever.

See our published rates — no “call for a quote” games.

Caregiver matching

A caregiver who fits — and the right to change your mind

At many agencies, changing a caregiver means a formal complaint process. With us, we take the time to match your loved one with a background-checked caregiver who fits their needs, schedule and personality — and if the match ever stops feeling right, you request a different one. No awkward conversation required. We handle it.

The care plan works the same way. It is built around your loved one’s routine, and it can grow, shrink, pause or stop as your family’s situation changes. There are no contracts locking you in.

Locally owned

An honest word about franchises

Many of the best-known home care brands in DFW are national franchises. Some employ good caregivers and good office staff. But the franchise model comes with structural costs a family never sees: royalty fees flowing out of state, pricing and minimum-shift policies set by a corporate office, and local operators with limited room to bend a rule for your situation.

We are independent and locally owned. The two co-owners live and work here, and every policy on this page exists because they decided it should. When something needs an exception — an odd schedule, a fast start, a billing question — the person who can say yes is here in North Texas.

When both spouses need help, most agencies simply bill more. We offer a discount for couples, because one caregiver in one home helping two people should not cost the same as two separate cases.

Everything else, in plain terms

  • Free in-home assessment. We visit, meet your loved one, and build a care plan together before you spend anything. No obligation, no pressure.
  • Every personal assistant is criminally background-checked. No exceptions, ever, before anyone enters your home.
  • We handle long-term care insurance paperwork. We help you read the policy, file the claim and deal with the insurer so benefits actually get paid. Here is how that works.
  • Care can often start within 24 hours — including after a hospital discharge.
  • Our minimum visit is four hours — a whole morning of help at one flat rate, not a rushed drop-in.
  • Licensed and non-medical, stated plainly. Licensed by the State of Texas for Personal Assistance Services (#020448). We do not provide skilled nursing, and we work alongside your doctor, home health or hospice team.
